You're automatically accepting my Terms of Service when buying/owning my art or designs.

I mostly draw canines, and I'm willing to draw felines, reptiles, and other kind of creatures and monsters.

You may ask for other types of artwork, like digital badges.

I may charge more for complex designs.

My art and characters are for personal use. Other kind of uses can be discussed.

Don't trace, steal, copy or heavy reference any of my artworks or characters.

Don't claim any of my artworks or designs as your own.

These Terms of Service can be discussed if necessary.

These Terms of Service are meant to be flexible and mostly align with common sense. Some rules may be overlooked as I see fit in a case by case scenario or may be applied inmediately.

You may ask politely about the progress of your commission.

In return, I ask for your patience as your commission may take a few days to a couple of weeks.

Complex commission types take generally much longer than an icon or a headshot, such as reference sheets, customs and all shaded pieces.

If in the sketch process the client asks for excessive changes that weren't discussed prior payment upfront, I may ask for an extra fee.

Changes that may apply to the previous rule are those that involve rearranging shapes that compromise my usual style, or several add-ons like objects, clothes, and similars.

Asking for edits on the sketch too often, no matter the nature of the edits with the exception of errors, will result in a refund.

I do refunds if I can't complete your commission due to external events, if I feel greatly uncomfortable to the point of compromising my health, if the client cancels or if these Terms of Service aren't respected. I do partial refunds if I'm already working past the sketch.

If I can't draw your character, I may ask you to change it or decline the commission.

Clear references are preferred, but I can work with low quality reference images or even do little edits to accomodate the desired result.

Backgrounds, generally, are edits on pictures under CC0 license, from sites like Pixabay, Pexels or Flickr.

All art pieces may be subject to non-major experimental practices and style changes.

You may ask for minor fixes such as missing markings after your commission is done. I won't do major fixes, such as changing poses.

I can work with deadlines, just state when you need your commission done and that can be discussed.

I reserve the right to decline your commission by any reason.

Most of my artworks will be submited in my social media in some way or another.

You may submit finished commissions to other websites as long as you credit me.

Credit is not mandatory but appreciated when using my art for profile pictures, banners, etc.

My designs can be renamed and redesigned with no restrictions. Their given name, personality, gender and so on are considered placeholders. You're free to keep or edit their given information.

I don't accept refunds on designs, but you may resell the character.

You may gift and trade my designs by your own terms with no restrictions.

Upon purchasing an adoptable, you may ask for simple changes on the design for free.

No backing out without a proper reason when bidding on auctions.

Payment must be sent within 24 hours upon winning an auction.

Make sure to hold on your funds while leading and participating actively on an auction.

Auctions are USD and PayPal only unless stated otherwise.

Breaking these terms, not answering on time several times, and having a public record of poor behaviour will result in either getting on my personal Greylist or Blacklist.

These lists are a non-public record of mine where I keep the names, contact and a description of difficult bidders and clients.

Anyone on the Greylist can still do business with me and even be forgiven due to good behaviour, but I will be wary.

However, anyone on the Blacklist is banned forever due to repetitive problems or serious issues, such as scammers and thieves.
